Wellness Walk + Jersey Day Fundraiser

On Friday, 29th June, our school took part in a Wellness Walk to raise money for Breast Cancer Ireland and the facilities at Kilmacud Crokes. The event was held in support of Mr. Garry’s particpation in the Malin to Mizen Cycle. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our school community, we raised an impressive €1,873.35 for the fundraiser.

The boys proudly wore their favourite jerseys for our Jersey Day and followed one of two walking routes. The senior classes completed a longer route, while the junior classes enjoyed a shorter walk suited to their age group.

After returning to school, the boys were treated to a well-earned ice cream. A special thank you to the Parents’ Association for organising an ice-cream van, this lovely surprise for the boys.

It was a fantastic day of exercise, community spirit, and fundraising, and a great day was had by all!
